Invoice Purchasing Finance

Case Scenario
  • Client has supply contract to supply his off taker
  • To stay competitive Client has to give 30 days credit
  • Client requires working capital to fund this credit
  • Due to balance sheet constraints Client is unable to raise bank credit

  • Teybridge aims to assist its Client’s working capital requirement under a structured finance scenario

Structured Import Finance

Case Scenario
  • Grain/Sugar/Rice is grown once a year and harvested in 2 months
  • Miller requires grain etc. throughout the  year on a monthly basis of 1 000 tons per month
  • Miller does not want the grain etc. on its Balance Sheet
  • Trader / Importer wishes to purchase the 12 000 tons FOB from the Exporter and supply this to the Miller on a monthly basis
  • The Trader does not have the Balance Sheet to warrant the loan
  • The Trader is the fund’s Client
  • Teybridge wants to lend to the Trade
Required Action
  • To Devise an off balance sheet financing structure to accommodate the requirement of both the Teybridge’s lending risk and the Clients requirement

  • Traders of soft (wheat, maize, soya, sunflower, sugar, fertilizer etc),and
  • hard commodities (non precious metals, coal, etc)

Structured Trade Finance

Case Scenario
  • Grain/Sugar/Rice is grown once a year and harvested in 2 months.
  • Miller requires 1000 tons of the commodity every month, throughout the year.
  • Miller does not want the commodity on its Balance Sheet.
  • Trader wishes to purchase the 12000 tons from the local producer, delivered to his storage; so he can supply this to the Miller every month.
  • The Trader does not have the Balance Sheet to warrant the loan.
  • The Trader is a Teybridge’s Client.
  • Teybridge wants to assist the Trader.
Required Action
  • To devise an off-Balance Sheet funding structure to accommodate the requirement of both the Teybridge’s investment risk and the Client’s need.

Supply Chain Finance

  • Commodity is grown once a year and harvested in 2 months
  • Miller/Producer requires grain etc. throughout the  year on a monthly basis of 1 000 tons per month
  • Miller/Producer wishes to purchase the 12 000 tons from the Local Producer delivered to a storage facility for draw down once a month
  • The Miller/Producer does not have the Balance Sheet to warrant the loan for the purchase of annual stock of commodity
  • The Miller /Producer is Teybridge’s Client
  • Teybridge wants to finance  the Miller/Producer
Required Action
  • To Devise an off balance sheet supply chain financing structure to accommodate the requirement of both Teybridge’s lending risk and the Clients requirement
