Mehzabeen Utim is a corporate governance, compliance and company secretarial professional with over a decade of experience across global business, fund administration and regulatory environments. She has held senior roles within management companies like L C Abelheim Ltd and IQ-EQ Mauritius where she supported complex structures, board processes and regulatory compliance, with a strong focus on AML/CFT and client due diligence. At Teybridge Capital, she leads corporate affairs across the Group, overseeing governance frameworks, policy implementation and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Mehzabeen is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a Graduate member of the UK Chartered Governance Institute (CGI). She is also a member of the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants (MIPA) and the Mauritius Institute of Directors (MIoD).
