Clare Minton is an experienced operations and treasury specialist with a strong background in structured trade and commodity finance. She began her career with Standard Bank in South Africa, building a solid foundation in trade finance operations, before moving into treasury at Glencore South Africa. In 1999, she joined a MeesPierson joint venture, later expanding into independent joint venture platforms focused on structured trade finance, where she contributed to building and managing portfolios of up to US$700 million alongside global banking partners, including China Construction Bank. Clare joined Teybridge Capital in 2020 and oversees operational execution, treasury processes and the day-to-day management of complex transaction flows.
